BWAC's answer seems complete. With all the acquisitions of past years, book value is like virtue, easy to describe, but subject to many qualifiers. T, remains a very sad story. I said earlier that i got a T prepaid card from Sam's for 3.47 cents/min, down from 4.17. shows how competition is driving down prices. T seems like a dinosaur ice skating on thin ice. larry
