Here is a plan.
1.Offer the food being dropped in Afganastan, at the Pakastan border, see who shows up.
2. Give the Northern Alliance 2 days to get out of the mountains and other area's that they now occupy.
3. Use Small Nuclear warheads and Bunker busters on the rest of the country.
4. Tell the remaining boarder people who want to return, along with the northern alliance that they may return home in 2 weeks.After the radiation levels have fallen.
Or use a Nuetron bomb and reoccupy with in 1 week, with no harm to buildings.JMHO
