If anyone can name me one crime that would include only the element of race... or religion... or gender... or any ONE thing... as the only element... then cool. But no one could. And those are the cases that are being fought, and rightly so, imo. What is the profile of someone who kills an abortion doctor? Or the profile of someone who sends letters threatening anthrax to abortion clinics? Part of that profile is "white male". To pull over and question all white males is "racial profiling" because it is not "profiling". It is using race alone as the reason for suspicion.
