The bottom line is still that AMTX is broke. They need a loan but they only have a book value of 8 Million dollars or so (200M market cap). Reg-D people are too smart to pay the premium the current stock price commands. A company trading at 25 times book value has a fairy-tale year or two built into the price. The price must come down for a loan to be issued to AMTX.

Now the margins accounts are getting squeezed too (again) because people just couldn't help but load up "before it was too late".

Believe me or not, I have no position in AMTX, but I have seen this thing drop precipitously before, only to have an army of people say "now is the time to buy!" the whole darn way down. Just trying to give folks the other viewpoint.
