It was that, and that in countries like Pakistan it seems to do the opposite (helps the perps). I find that hard to believe. If it is not true, then the writer from the L.A. Times played into their hands by saying that it weakens their government. Does it weaken their government iyo?

I truly do not know the answer to that, but it seems weird if it does.
