I agree. OTOH, Fisher's track record has been pretty good the last couple of years. I think he's a bit too dismissive of the bubble, but he does say he "could be wrong" (unlike pundits like Kerschner who always think they're right, but seldom are!)<G/NG>

I don't see "the bottom" coming for quite a while, perhaps late next year or early 2003, provided we don't have a major oil shock or ongoing terrorist nastiness in the meantime. DOW 6500-7000, SPX 800, and COMP 1000 at the very least are necessary. If we get inflation and rising short and long term bond rates before then, those numbers could go much, much lower, and the bottom could be much, much further off.
