Uri, if you reach him he will probably tell you that news will be breaking soon, in fact any day now, of merger/acquisition or other. BTW there was a ruling by some authority today broadening the reach of prosecuting for insider trading. also it is not illegal to share inside information, only to act upon it for gain. We here who own stock, can average down at any time we think there is opportunity to lower our basis, and IMO be completely above reproach! What do you think? Bill Monier
