Look at CTEC...another new high today. With the volume on CTEC, I wonder if this has been one short squeeze after another. I remember I read awhile back on the Pump board someone was asking about shorting CTEC. (I think it was trading around 12-13 at the time) Very ironic....a new high for CTEC, and I just received a notice in the mail of settlement of a class action suit against CTEC for the period of June 28, 1996 - June 25, 1998. Most of the people I know who have owned or currently own CTEC are "buy and hold investors", and not people who trade.
