I am by no means an expert on this but I don't think Cable Car Beverage has any fiduciary responsibilities regarding the merger agreement with common stockholders. It is just an unfortunate ripoff. What pisses me off is that it appears that there were people in the know as witnessed by the hugh high-low price spread on one day not long ago..with price closing on low with huge volume.. just prior to release of merger news. I was hoping for 6 or 7 on this one but I sold at 4 because I suspected something like this would follow. INVESTOR
