It's a matter of degree Chip (that's Elliott degree). It's like a Russian doll. Off the Spet 21 low are many waves. Could it all be part of a larger 1? I suppose, but that would imply a 3 and 5 befitting such a wave 1 and that's a target that I consider VERY unlikely at this point.
