Is it not reasonable for a person who is going to receive 1.5 million shares of a company to have those shares registered for trading. Even if I owned microsoft, which I unfortunately don't, I would be an idiot not to have full control of my shares no matter what the near term or future prospects may be. You never know when you're going to need some cash.

Just my two cents.
