No, more likely Fuel-Air Explosives (FAEs). These are conventional but highly destructive weapons which work by spreading an aerosolized mist of fuel over a wide area and then igniting it. Supposedly the blast is powerful enough to flatten anything nearby. A very deadly anti-personnel weapon if used directly on troops, as the overpressure can rupture internal organs at a considerable distance.
