Dan, i hope the additional cash will be put to good use, no doubt!! Not to be alarmist, I do not have time to follow-through, but I saw within the filing under Lack of Patent Protection: I'll paraphrse and we can do the due diligence over the next few days..."The company has received a communication alleging that the DirectIP switching products make use of unspecified information and know-how covered by a pending patent application of a third party. The allegation is presently under review by the Company, and no assessment has yet been made..."
