Which of my many holdings is not currently involved in patent litigation (Xilinx vs. Altera, Intel vs. DEC, et. al)? And, the following doesn't even qualify as litigation.

...my opinion is that if MRVC is worth as much in technological terms as we think it is, it is about time there is some litigation or pre-litigation!
