Yes. Like sending hundreds of envelopes to Planned Parenthood containing powder they say is anthrax. That he is not "certainly against." Many of the letters sent last week were signed by the Army of God... ... Carhart states that he "both applaud[s] and thank[s]" Bush for his response to the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, but he asks, "Can you help the nation's abortion providers and their staffs who have been the victims of repeated acts of fringe, radical religious terrorists during the past 25 years?" He states that over the last quarter century, more than 20% of abortion clinics have been destroyed by arson or bombings and nearly 0.2% of abortion providers and clinic workers have been murdered. "Just as the 6,000 deaths at the hands of terrorists are wrong, I ask you, 'Are not the murders of our leaders and workers equally wrong?'" Carhart queries... He concludes, "Terrorists are terrorists. It should not matter whether they are supported and granted asylum in Afghanistan or that they are supported and granted asylum within the United States.
