I think the odds of this being only a 'c' are much higher than it being a more important decline (75% imo). I think it could go as low as NDX 1240, alternate target 1285. The longer we go without getting any decent up (as part of the 'c'), the lower those odds will go for me. More important is to try as best as possible to track the structure so that if it turns, one has a good sense that the 'c' could be over or that it's just corrective up in the 'c'.
