Yardeni shows stocks were as much as 17% undervalued at the bottom, 5% now. They got 70% overvalued in 2000, though. Yet, I'm not comfortable shorting these markets. Small puts position does not count. Gold long does not hurt - it went up 70% on average when interest rates were this low.
