Filo,
every one of my extended family that i know of died in those camps. I grew up with that fear. As a kid in the fifties i grew up with the fear of a nuclear attack killing my US family. Since 1967 i watch the death by terrorist of my co religionists in israel. Now i fear for my american family who have welcomed my people with open arms.
What i got from Band of Brothers is that war is a dirty business. Fight it as clean as you can but fight it always to win. That is i believe what krauthammer said today as well in te Post. I didnt read it however. I heard about it on the radio. mike
