. As long as we have the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, we will be OK. That's why it is absolutely vital that we not slack off on our defense of those two pillars of our nation.

I agree with that statement. My concern is to the knee-jerk reaction that our government seems to be having. What I'm extremely upset about seeing over the past week or so is that our government seems to again, be looking out after themselves and not the common everyday citizen.

I'm talking about the way the Capitol was handled and the way the post offices weren't. The powers that be seemed overly concerned about the elected officals but didn't show the same consideration to the postal workers.

In my opinion, it showed total lack of concern and respect for the everyday person.
