Based on TLRK's preclinical progress of late, I foresaw deals in the offing. These haven't come yet, but the financing could be a prelude to serious partenering/licensing negotiations. A recent GenomeWeb piece reminds us of the rationale for this:

Hard to say how well said rationale applies with TLRK now. Might take a shot if it retests lows and I haven't fired my powder off on other bargains.
