Hi Bob,

then we get excited about buying 1/3 of the dry powder.

Unfortunately for me, to this point at least, I have no more dry powder. I hope to establish new leveraged positions again once the future becomes a little clearer.....but not until then.

I believe that barring any major shock, we are at or near the lows</fingers crossed>. Once '02 is upon us, the market must begin looking at '03. And since the sector can only run at a 700M monthly rate for so long, the spring for capex is compressing as we speak, assuming an economic recovery is in the cards. With all of the stimulus making its way through the system, I would be surprised if we did not see a healthy recovery next year.

BTW, INTT is the only stock I have in the black today, currently up 4%.

BTW2, When the VIX spiked to 60 a few weeks ago setting a new 52 week high, the Nasdaq equivalent did not. Any thoughts on this? (Yahoo does not show a chart for the QQV)

Regards,

Brian
