Which raises the most interesting question, Truman--If FIRE was going for BB status, what exactly was the NASD "checking" in order for them to be listed? From your findings, it would appear that only NMS and SmallCap companies must meet any requirements that would have to be researched. Was this your impression as well, from what you read? Geoff
