This is my first post on FIBR. I have watched with interest all the discussion about FIBR's value. I got sucked in and took a position in the stock but now I am becoming increasingly concerned about the way this stock is acting.

Noticed in Edgar that Asia Broadcasting & Communication Network has recently filed its intent with SEC to sell all 674,419 shares of FIBR stock on OTC market. Does anyone know what's going on between ABCN and FIBR? Why is so many "insiders" selling FIBR?
