I agree. If there is credible evidence that bin Ladn is implicated in this attack, he should be brought to justice alive, if possible (how would we know otherwise?) How many American and afgan dead are you will to sacrifice to bring him back alive? It will take many more dieing people to bring him back alive rather than dead. He has declared war on the US. This is not a legal issue. This is war. Can you define war? I guess not if you can not even define your agenda.
