The Star and the enquirer are far superior to the NYT. IMO I once subscribed for the financial pages but couldn't stand the left wing BS. There is something wrong with Maureen Dowd. No one could be that miserable and vitriolic and survive without some dead brain cells. The Times, of course, is filled with others of her ilk. I once thought NYC deserved the Times but after seeing how they responded to the WTC tragedy they deserve much better. I thought I read recently the Times was suffering from lowering sales but did not follow up on the reference at the time. True?? Ken
