Oh I think your talking about the two year investigation on terrorism that Gary Hart and Warren Rudmen completed that was CO-Authored by the great liberal Newt Gingrich and his president Bill Clinton. The results and recommendations were presented to Congress for adoption, which Congress was moving to implement in January of this year. That is until Shrub asked them to stop because Unlce Dick was going to look into this terrorist thing and come up with a plan of his own (like hiding in a bunker I guess). Just as soon as he made a few more oil deals. Are you meaning the ignoring of the problem by Clinton and Gingrich? Or are you really referring to the ignorance and bungling of Bush ten months ago for ignoring NEWTS' study? Get your facts straight...and why the interest in my sex life?
