Total bs to try and pull this stock back into the parent company during a downward spiral. As opposed to running the company profitably and aligning cost with current trading activity. Profits thru correct management and tightened expense control would be a better idea for shareholder value.

Instead it appears TD Bank only put this stock out to fleece the public and will try to ram the fleece home with this forced sellout of shareholders.

So the question I have is: WHY would any stockholder remain a customer? TWE probably has a lot of customers who are stockholders. If they will try to screw their owners over like this, should a customer feel real comfy dealing with TWE? For that matter why would anyone want to do business with such a company in the first place?
