The reason the stock has moved up is that on 6/18 there was an announcement that GST was breaking ground on a new 500 mile statewide fiber-optic multiple conduit network between SFO and LAX. The announcement went on detailing some of their other business plans. This looks like a very solid investment to me. Contact GST at 800-667-4366 for further information.
