We were talking how much assets minus liabilities, otherwise known as book value, increased or decreased OVER 9 MONTHS, not just 3 months.

AMD's Liquid Assets DECLINED by $150,000,000 last quarter - about 6%.

If you define "liquid assets" as being shareholders equity minus goodwill minus property, plant & equipment, then
Over 3 months: AMD's liquid assets declined 19% (1132 to 915.5)
Over 9 months, AMD's liquid assets increased by 71% (535.2 to 915.5)
Over 3 months, Intel's liquid assets declined 3.7% (12633 to 12162)
Over 9 months, Intel's liquid assets declined 26% (16368 to 12162)
