No problem.. I appreciate, and agree with your views about logistics.

All except your comments about being able to supply a brigade by air..... :0) We were supplying 6,000 marines unders seige at Khe Sanh completely by air for months.

But you're absolutely right that without the ability to use Pakistan, or land route access to Uzbekistan. our options for placing large groups of troops on the ground are limited. And we can't trust a supply route from Pakistan since the border regions can be considered hostile territory.
