The radiation type is what I was talking about,
it's cheap, easy to make, and will fit in a cargo
container.
Line the inside of the container with lead
and it won't set off alarms.

We only look in about 2% of the containers
that come in, and them after the ship has
docked ( which would be no good if they
set up door trigger along with a cell phone trigger )

If we don't inspect containers at sea before
they get into port we are sitting ducks.
Also we are going to have to inspect a lot more
than any 2%..
There is Xray equipment that can do the job,
however it still needs to be done at sea, but
I don't think they will do it until
after a disaster.
