Michael-Im not sure what the percentage breakdown of how shares are
held. Does management and the 20% represent a majority? BTW I had
a similiar situation with RAKO-company really starting to show great
earnings, selling close to book value etc.-bang company decides to
go private(they hold 60%) so other 40% get the shaft(IMO). I guess
it goes to show that to much insider ownership can be a bad thing
also. Anyone have a opinion about BNGOW-Trying to sift thru the
fact from fiction-is this company for real??
