waverider, OT - fwiw ...there's no history with me. I just felt the manner of westpacific's original post detracted from the standard usually maintained by the thread. My 'rage' as you call it was nothing more than a response to what I thought was his dismissal of my subsequent concilitory post. I really don't want this to become another 'clown style' thread and hope it remains something rather better. But we really shouldn't waste anymore bandwidth on matter - but feel free to PM me .....
