It can't be manipulated without it being clear that manipulation has taken place, is that better?

Why don't you look at the balance sheet, yourself, instead of focusing on definitions of manipulation?

Or have you already looked, and would prefer (for some reason) to keep the focus away from the content of Intel's balance sheet?
