Can you recommend a red zinfandel? I haven't bought any in a long time and I let my Wall Street Journal subscription lapse with its Weekend section and the wine column. I understand the red z's can be kind of tricky and I'd rather not drink my way through overpriced bottles finding out. We've had a lot of luck with Spanish red wines--and also a local establishment was working off a perfectly decent Chianti at $3.99 a bottle, so I bought all they had. It sure gets tiresome carrying all those empty boxes and bottles out to the recyclables can. <g> But you have to get your exercise.
