You are absolutely correct that ENI complements their ASTeX acquisition. The thing I'm wondering is why such a big bet on plasma. They're expending 1/3 of their shares outstanding for ENI plus the similar amount for ASTeX. They obviously feel that there is a big opportunity here.

Is AMAT throwing a party?
