Got the numbers per pop for cingular's proposed 18 month rollout of the overlay to GSM/EDGE. $19 per pop or about 3.6 B for 200 M pops. On the other hand, PCS upgraded to 1x for $3.35 a POP. 800M/239 POPS. Oh my. Caxton
