Davidson and Ress-Mogg predict that the government will do two things to counter the demands of millions of people needing government welfare. One, the government will increase taxes on those that do have money and two, the government will print more money. Both actions will greatly damage the financial well-being of those that legitimately try to be financially responsible and not expect a government hand out. Correct on both points as you have heard me declare before. Bush will raise taxes because he will think the revenues are needed for the war, and the Democrats will spend the revenues on their welfare subsidies.
