45 to 60 dollars a foot! Don't make laugh. Pre manufactured homes are the closest thing your going to find at those prices maybe ten years ago. And most cities wouldn't let you set one down. Drive through any town worth living in and count the number of slap together pre manufactured homes. You'll only need one hand. Why not live in a trailer?
