The last issue of the Dick Davis Digest quotes those figures totaling 84,000 shares of consistent insider buys since April as coming from the Argus Vickers Weekly Insider. I would think these are highly creditable sources. As to history of earnings announcements, I have not been following MENT long enough to know.
