ETEK Electronics Corporation signs resale agreement with FastComm

STERLING, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1997--

New Agreement covers Sales and Service of FastComm Data and Voice FRADs in Columbia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile,
Central America and the Caribbean

FastComm Communications Corp. (NASDAQ:FSCX) announced today that ETEK Electronics Corporation of Boca Raton,
Florida has chosen FastComm as its supplier of advance data and voice network access products.

Effective immediately, ETEK Electronics will immediately begin providing FastComm Frame Relay Access Devices
(FRADs), and Multi- protocol Access Routers supporting LAN, Legacy and Voice/Fax applications to its current and new
customers.

Selection of the FastComm products enables ETEK Electronics to offer the best value in modern network access products
for Internet/Intranet migration of legacy business applications to client/server and rapid cost savings via integration of
voice/fax and data traffic. ETEK Electronics will use FastComm's networking products to replace analog and low-speed
communications with high speed packetized data and voice by multiplexing many connections onto a single physical
connection, there by effectively multiplying savings for customers.
