I know you are a nice guy, John, and I do not know accounting at all but I decided to try to follow this particular thread few notes back. One thing that I found amazing is your statement that amd either overproduced or had overcapacity for k7s.
Back it with the facts and show that intel is better
The other thing that was amazing is your statement about amd generating profit when intel is not able to satisfy demand. Now, even though that I do not hold MBA :-)), I did find it curious that intel profits are highly correlated with amd's at that. :-))
I decided not to follow any farther but it seems to me that if you are so incredibly biased it should occur to you that insults may not be needed and maybe, just maybe, there is some grain of truth in Dan's statements.
