Look Bud!
F*ck em, there's plenty of good wine from BC,

(relax Stephen O, I'm teasing.) There are also plenty of excellent Ontario wines.
I was in Alberta this summer for a couple of weeks and we found there to be a dearth of Ontario wines (mainly the crappy ones of which there are some) but to be fair we can't find any of those great BC wines here in Ontario either. Now why is that ? What a country ... sigh.
OTH we can always cook with California wine LOL I make a great beef stir fry with some sesame oil and white wine.

PS Hi marcos, I have no illusions about the quiet of the country. I just want more space and privacy. A nice little shop for building stuff (well maybe not too little, more like a small barn :o), be able to listen to Bob, Bruce, Mick, Eric, Hank, Buck (and many, many others) a bit too loudly, a wood lot , a real pond or two, room for a couple of dogs, maybe a horse and I really want a place to build a house that I like. There's more but it's Hallowe'en and the door bells a ringing....
