Nonsense. That's only true if if you argue that they've doubled the price since Windows 95, which would still be an abuse of monopoly pricing power.

Nonsense? Because you prefer to see the glass as half empty does not make a statement nonsense. If you want to make arbitrary comparisons look at what a great price cut it is from NT 4.0. From $809 to $199 new. What a deal.

Personal conjecture aside, the court found no predatory pricing.
