Dwight, thanks for the response, but next time a simple "see the website" would have sufficed. I toy around with the computer and telecom industry, so to speak, and Im not aware of too many companies being reluctant to announce that they are indeed addressign an issue that potentially has severe consequences for their customers. Look at 3M. Huge score for ALYD, although the stock hasn't reflected it as of yet, IMO. 3M lends credibility to ALYD, and isn't a bit concerned how the public or the street may interpret their use of a BB company. THe message was, 'Hey shareholders, we're dealing with this issue. We have your best interests in mind.' If the Chase's et al. don't take the initiative to ensure the public that they are adressing this issue, then they are setting themselves up for major liability exposure. And Congressional action. Just what the banking industry wants right now!
