Steve's idea sounds good and I think we might want to try it. But what about the threat and follow-through with regulatory authorities of blatant breach of Fiduciary duty and market manipulation. I think we should use all the alternatives. Although, I have never done it before, it would appear that a larger amount of shareholders voicing complaints to the SEC, for example, would be more effective than one complaint.

(By the way, there is a distinction between panic and being ticked off at stupidity outside one's control which causes a large loss of money.)
