Allan, you're not the only one. It has been heavily speculated by many as I read across the net, that the demise of the 30 year treasuries smells strongly of Rubin. They're pulling out the stops here in trying to keep something from cracking open, no doubt about it. But when you force something to stay up when it shouldn't be, the only result is adding more strain to the system. I agree that it will all end badly indeed.
