PAGE EIGHT: SCULPTURAL EXHIBIT FABRICATION

As discussed in the Theme Park Attraction section, Th. Theme Park industry is undergoing rapid expansion. 3-D sculptural exhibit fabrication includes artificial environments covering parks such as walkways, rocks, palm trees, bridges, waterfalls and character sculptures. Most of a theme park such as "Disney World" or "Universal Studios, Florida"is covered with 3-D exhibit fabrication and therefore represents a large portion of a park's budget for expansions, maintenance and creative upgrades.

The relationship with MCA has set the stage for HTMP to earn contracts in this area. Plans for future contracts are currently underway. These contracts require completion insurance and generally MCA pays the premium on behalf of the contractor. There are two requirements for insurability; a proven track record and a strong balance sheet. HTMP, once its properly capitalized, intends to perform a small contract first to build its credibility and expand this business rapidly. This is a major growth area for HTMP given MCA's theme park plans over the next several years.
