I agree with your ST outlook and Jurgens

But its hard to reconcile it with the premarket push
in MSFT on the DOJ settlement. Up almost 2 points.

NAPM at 10 - should be less bad than expected.

KLAC analyst luncheon could be positive catalyst.

SIA numbers being spun positive for semis.

Should be an interesting day at any rate.
