You lie. He did not "block" anything. Given the last minute regulatory rush that the former Administration engaged in, a review was prudent. The rules were reviewed. The Administration apparently chooses to support them. Their implementation will go forward. All as it should be.

You're just repeating the same rhetoric. I've provided a link that validates my opinion and all you can do is repeat the same rhetoric.
